James is an adviser who enjoys using his technical expertise to help clients achieve their financial goals and give them peace of mind. He specialises in advising clients on Investment Planning, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, and Protection.

Before joining Kingswood, he spent 7 years working for a local practice in East Yorkshire, completing their graduate scheme as a paraplanner before moving into an adviser role.

Prior to his work in the industry, he completed a degree in Economics with the University of Sheffield and has since continued to complete financial planning qualifications. He achieved Chartered Financial Planner accreditation earlier this year, ensuring his clients receive the highest quality advice.

In his spare time, James enjoys going to gigs, supporting his local football and rugby league teams, and travelling to support the England cricket team.
